Terms of Service

• "Service" means GLANCYPLUS, which summarizes and analyzes content, and all related features.
• "User" means a logged-in user who uses the Service under these terms.
• "Content" means the links and files a user enters for analysis and the results generated from them.

The Service summarizes and analyzes content such as YouTube, web pages, documents, and chats, and extends it into playbooks, study materials, and more. Available features and fees are listed on the pricing page, and material changes will be announced in advance.

• Use requires login, and some features require a paid plan subscription.
• You must manage your own login credentials; problems from sharing them with others are your responsibility.
• Access may be granted, held, or withdrawn when required for operations or security.

Usage limits such as per-account credit limits may apply. Limits and features may be adjusted as operationally needed.

• Paid plans are subscriptions, and payments are processed by the payment provider Polar. Fees and included features are posted on the pricing page.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time; after cancellation you can keep using the Service until the end of the period you already paid for.
• You may request a refund for unused amounts within 7 days of payment. Other refunds and withdrawals follow applicable laws such as the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce.
• If fees change, we will notify you before they take effect, and the new fees apply from the next billing cycle.

• Entering or analyzing content that violates laws or infringes others' rights (copyright, personal information, etc.).
• Acts that disrupt normal operation of the Service (excessive automation, circumvention, reverse engineering, exploiting vulnerabilities, etc.).
• Using analysis results for illegal or deceptive purposes.

• Rights in content you enter belong to you (or the original rights holder). The Operator processes it only to provide analysis.
• You may freely use the analysis results. However, the rights in the original works must still be respected.
• Rights in the Service's own trademarks, design, and software belong to the Operator.
• If you create a share link for an analysis result, anyone with the link can view that result without logging in. Whether to share and how to manage the link are your responsibility.

• The Service is provided "as is" and does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of automatically generated results. For important decisions, please also check the source.
• Interruptions, errors, or data loss may occur during service operation, and the Operator is not liable to the extent permitted by law.

You may delete your account directly from the account screen at any time; upon deletion your data is destroyed immediately and cannot be recovered. The Operator may restrict or terminate use in cases such as terms violations. Upon deletion, personal information is handled per the Privacy Policy.

The Operator may change the Service or these terms, or discontinue the Service. Important changes will be announced on this page where possible.

• Lucide Icons are used under the ISC license. Some icons are derived from Feather and include MIT notices.

Fonts

• Pretendard, Inter, Geist, Geist Mono, Noto Sans KR, NanumSquare, Nanum Myeongjo, SUIT, IBM Plex Sans KR and Gowun Batang are used under the SIL Open Font License 1.1.
• S-Core Dream is distributed free of charge by S-Core Co., Ltd. and is used without modification or resale of the font itself, as its terms require.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea; disputes are resolved first by consultation, and if agreement is difficult, by the competent court.
