Terms of Service

• "Service" means GLANCYPLUS, which summarizes and analyzes content, and all related features.
• "User" means a logged-in user who uses the Service under these terms.
• "Content" means the links and files a user enters for analysis and the results generated from them.

The Service is a tool that summarizes and analyzes content such as YouTube, web, documents, and chats, and extends them into playbooks, study materials, and more. It is currently provided free of charge as a closed beta, and if paid features are introduced we will give separate prior notice.

• Use requires login and waitlist registration.
• You must manage your own login credentials; problems from sharing them with others are your responsibility.
• Access may be granted, held, or withdrawn depending on beta operations.

In the beta, usage limits such as per-account credit limits may apply. Limits and features may be adjusted as operationally needed.

• Entering or analyzing content that violates laws or infringes others' rights (copyright, personal information, etc.).
• Acts that disrupt normal operation of the Service (excessive automation, circumvention, reverse engineering, exploiting vulnerabilities, etc.).
• Using analysis results for illegal or deceptive purposes.

• Rights in content you enter belong to you (or the original rights holder). The Operator processes it only to provide analysis.
• You may freely use the analysis results. However, the rights in the original works must still be respected.
• Rights in the Service's own trademarks, design, and software belong to the Operator.

• The Service is provided "as is" and does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of analysis results (a trait of AI-generated output). For important decisions, please also check the source.
• Due to the beta nature, interruptions, errors, and data loss may occur, and the Operator is not liable to the extent permitted by law.

You may request withdrawal (stopping use) at any time, and the Operator may restrict or terminate use in cases such as terms violations. Upon withdrawal, personal information is handled per the Privacy Policy.

The Operator may change the Service or these terms, or end the beta. Important changes will be announced on this page where possible.

Pretendard, Inter, and Geist family fonts are used under the SIL Open Font License 1.1.
