Privacy Policy

• Login: email address (the email provided by Google, Naver, or Kakao when you sign in with them, or the email you enter for email-code login).
• Service use: the content of links, documents, images (captures), text, exported chat files, and audio you submit for analysis, your chat questions, and the analysis results generated from them. For materials that may contain other people's information, such as chat exports, please confirm their consent before uploading.
• Automatically generated/collected: authentication session cookies, access and error logs.
• Recording feature: the text transcribed from audio you record. The audio file itself is never stored on our servers.

• Providing the service — content analysis, saving results, and reopening them.
• Managing member registrations and sending launch and service notification emails.
• Handling errors, preventing misuse, and improving the service.
• Processing payments, managing subscriptions, and settlement for paid plans.

• Email: retained until account deletion. You can delete your account directly from the account screen, and it is destroyed immediately upon deletion.
• Analysis results: stored for convenient reopening, and destroyed when you delete them or request deletion.
• Access/error logs: kept briefly for security and incident response, then destroyed.
• Electronic files are deleted in a non-recoverable manner.
• However, payment and transaction records that laws such as the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce require us to keep are retained for the statutory period; upon account deletion they are anonymized so they can no longer identify you.

Within the scope needed to provide the service, we outsource processing to the operators below; some have servers abroad, so data may be transferred and processed overseas. We do not sell or provide your data for other purposes such as advertising.

We use only essential cookies needed to keep your login session. We do not use marketing or tracking cookies, and you can refuse cookie storage in your browser settings (which may limit login use). In addition, some data such as display settings and scraps is kept only in your browser's local storage without being sent to our servers, and is removed when you clear browser data.

You may request to view, correct, delete, or suspend processing of your information at any time. Send requests to the privacy officer below and we will handle them without delay. For reports or counseling about privacy infringement in Korea, the following organizations can help.

• Minimized access rights and administrator authentication.
• Encryption in transit (HTTPS).
• Sensitive settings such as secret keys and tokens are managed only via server environment variables.

The service is not directed at children under 14, and we do not intentionally collect children's personal information.

• Recording starts only when you press the record button and grant your browser's microphone permission. We do not provide automatic recording or phone-call recording.
• Recorded audio is transmitted once, solely for transcription. The temporary file is deleted from the server immediately after conversion, and audio files are never kept in our database or file storage.
• Transcribed text is held only in server memory for up to 30 minutes for your review, then deleted automatically. It remains in your library only if you save the analysis, and you can delete it at any time.
• Original recordings are kept only in your browser's local storage, up to five at a time, so you can resume work. They are never sent back to our servers and disappear when you delete them or clear your browser data.
• We do not use audio or transcribed text for advertising or machine-learning model training, and we do not sell or provide it to third parties.
• Please obtain the consent of everyone present before recording in situations where others' voices may be captured.
